Yes, I Do Club is a tool for organizing a wedding: guests and RSVPs, a wedding page, seating, budget and vendors.

The service is currently free for founding couples. If paid features come later, we will tell you beforehand what they cost and what they include; nothing you already use for free will start costing money without your agreement. Guests never pay.

The service is new and we improve it often. It may change, and it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of faults; we do our best to keep that away from your wedding date.

• You must be an adult.
• Use an email address you have access to: it is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens with your account, so don’t share your sign-in links.
• The account is for organizing your own wedding. There will be a dedicated plan for professionals who organize other people’s weddings.

What you upload or write (texts, names, lists, budgets) stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as far as needed to provide the service, for example to publish your wedding page to whoever has the link.

When you add or import guests, contributors or vendors, you confirm that you may use their details to organize your wedding (for example because they are your contacts and you are inviting them) and that you use them only for that. You decide what data to add and what to ask; we process it on your behalf, as the privacy policy explains.

Anyone with the link can see your wedding page and RSVP pages. Don’t publish anything there you don’t want your guests to see, or other people’s details without their permission.

Don’t use Yes, I Do Club to:

• send unwanted messages or advertising to people who are not your guests;
• publish content that is illegal, offensive or infringes other people’s rights;
• try to access other weddings’ data, get around limits or attack the service;
• copy or resell the service.

If someone seriously breaches these terms, we may suspend their account or page, with notice first unless we have to act urgently.

Contracts with your vendors are between you and them; we are not a party. Payments you record in the app are notes to help you keep track: today the app does not move money.

Budget estimates, suggestions and exchange rates are a guide. Check important figures before you decide or pay.

You can stop using the service whenever you want and delete your wedding in Settings; everything in it is deleted. If we ever close the service, we will give you enough notice to download your data.

We take every care to keep the service working and your data safe. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions taken solely on the app’s estimates. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for intent or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Argentine law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of that country’s mandatory rules and may go to the courts where you live.

If we change them in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days in advance. If you don’t agree, you can stop using the service and delete your data before then.
