How to delete your data

• Sign in at app.yesidoclub.com.
• Open My account (in the menu under your name) and scroll down to "Danger zone".
• Press "Delete my account" and type your email to confirm.

It is deleted at once and you are signed out. To delete only the wedding and keep your account, use "Delete the wedding" in the same place.

You can also ask from Facebook, without opening the app:

• On Facebook, open Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites.
• Find Yes, I Do Club and press "Remove".
• Confirm that you want the information the app received from Facebook to be deleted.

Facebook tells us and we delete your whole account within minutes. Facebook gives you a confirmation code and a link to this page, where you can see whether the request is received or completed.

Removing access in your Google account (myaccount.google.com › Security › Your connections to third-party apps & services) or your Microsoft account (account.microsoft.com › Privacy › Apps and services) stops the app from using it again, but does not delete what we already keep. For that, use the app or email us.

Write to privacy@yesidoclub.com from your account's email and ask us to delete it. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm from the account's one. We reply within one month at most, usually within a few days.

• Your account: email, name, language and the link to Google, Microsoft or Facebook. Your sign-in too: you will not be able to sign in with it again.
• The wedding you created: guests, RSVPs, budget, vendors, payments, tables and the wedding website.
• The history: your personal data becomes unreadable for good in the change history (we destroy its encryption key).
• Usage statistics: your PostHog profile is deleted at once and its events within 7 days.

Backups stop containing your data within 30 days. For a request that comes through Facebook we keep only the code, the date and whether it is completed, with no data about you.

You need no account: the couple added your details. You can change or delete your replies, diet and needs with your invitation link while it is active. To be removed from the list, ask the couple; if you prefer, email us and we will sort it out with them.
